So where do you come in?

As Coates expands their North American footprint, we need someone to support our sales efforts. A non-exhaustive list of what you might encounter is below, but most of all we are looking for a startupy personality. One day you might be working on a proposal and the next day you could be putting the final touches on a client event. Whatever comes your way, you should be able to rely on your figureitoutiveness.

Here is the ever changing list mentioned earlier:

• Assist in proposal development
• Conduct competitive research
• Create and update sales collateral
• Send client correspondence (email, media kits, etc)
• Plan client events
• Update CRM system
• Make travel arrangements for internal and external teammates
• Assist with marketing, lead gen campaigns
• Assist with demos
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

What you should have in your tool bag:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Extensive productivity suite experience (Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
• Solid experience creating sales presentations (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc)
• Painful attention to detail
• Toastmaster level communication skills - verbal and written
• Sudoku level problem-solving skills
