The Videographer will work closely with the creative and editorial teams to concept, shoot, edit, and produce short videos for the editorial and commerce sites as well as building and working with a network of freelancers. 

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Producing compelling video projects from start to finish - including both editorial short and long form as well as branded and commercial content
• Working with the Creative Director and Editor-In-Chief on a monthly video schedule
• Producing videos 
• Hiring and managing video interns
• Creating shot lists and call sheets for all video shoots
• Maintaining our YouTube page in collaboration with our Community Manger
• Maintaining the site's video archive
• Setting up an in-house video studio and editing suite
• Concepting and story boarding new video franchises 

• Minimum 1 year experience as a videographer - having worked on both editorial and commercial shoots
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere
• A healthy addiction to the internet, fashion, and pop culture
• Experience editing, cutting sizzles, and documentary style pieces
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Strong technical skills
• Creative with good story telling ability to bring creative vision to all projects
• Must be highly organized
• Must be team-oriented, responsive, and comfortable collaborating, but also able to work independently
