The Operations Manager will be responsible for our Company’s operational performance, including customer satisfaction and quality, in the Fargo area. This position has the following responsibilities:

- Scheduling daily field work (includes assigning work to labor)

- Being a go-to resource for labor throughout the day

- Measuring units

- Organization of warehouse

- Material handling of goods

- Quality assurance

- Conduct regular operational meetings

- Customer visits

- experience in floor covering preferred

- 3 plus years of management experience

- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with proper safety methods
