Duties and Responsibilities

• Must have restoration background and knowledge of managing fire/water damage restoration projects; emergency services, reconstruction services, and mold remediation.
• Should have great track record and knowledge of how to successfully manage projects, time, PEOPLE, knowledge on construction budgets and construction knowledge.
• Review completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to admin.

• Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
