Job Description

Estimator  • Reconstruction Restoration •

Our client is in need of a successful, experienced Reconstruction Estimator for their Indianapolis office who will handle commercial and multi-family projects. Immediate Hire!

This firm responds to:

• Emergency losses as well as Reconstruction
• Works on Interior and Exterior projects
• Residential, Commercial, and Multi-Family Projects
• Estimates fire, water, mold losses   
• Offers upward mobility within the company

In this Senior Estimating role, you will be

• Growing the division and addressing program work
• Responding to residential, commercial, and multi-family losses
• Writing Estimates for Fire, Water, and Mold utilizing Xactimate / Symbility / Time and Materials
• Maintain relationships with Adjusters, Property Managers and Commercial End-Users using strong communication skills

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience working for a Disaster Restoration company as a Reconstruction Estimator
• Experience with both interior and exterior restoration
• The ability to estimate roofing projects
• Experience Estimating Mitigation is a plus!
• Previous experience writing estimates in Xactimate, Symbility and working with Time and Materials
• Effective communicator and a professional disposition
• Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished
• MUST be able to pass a Background Check.
• MUST be able to pass a Drug Screen.
• MUST be able to provide a valid Driver’s License.
• MUST be able to confirm a clean Driving Record
