We are looking for an Account Executive grow the business by actively pursuing relationships with potential clients, leading them through the sale process, and ultimately closing the sale.

If so, as an Account Executive for IRIO, you drive growth by maintaining, enhancing and expanding a book of business in multiple industries. You must have a truly entrepreneurial mindset to be successful, as this position isn't for the fait of heart looking for a day job.

Among other responsibilities, the Account Executive will be expected to: 
  • Maintain a minimum sales goal as defined by Director of Sales.
  • Engage daily in sales activities that will build a successful pipeline that in turn lead to new contracts.
  • Ensure all leads, activities, emails, sales forecasting forms, are entered accurately and timely into the IRIO CRM.
  • Work with IRIO's Client Services team to ensure all client deliverables are met timely and accurately.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales, training, product suggestions, trade shows, conference calls and IRIO sponsored events as needed.

Qualifications

  • College degree is required, preferably in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales background with client relationship skills preferred.
  • Experience in sales within the multi-family housing industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients. 
  • Exceptional 'hunter' attitude with a high level of focus on client service and retention.
