We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to handle the customer service, onboarding, and training needs of IRIO clients.

Job Description

The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for conducting the onboarding of new clients, including conducting regular training on the IRIO platform, and ordering signage. They are also responsible for maintaining close relationships with major accounts, and managing customer service requests from current clients. This service level will include all aspects of managing and maintaining the highest quality of client satisfaction, executed in a timely, professional, and knowledgeable manner.

This position will involve training new clients on best practices for IRIO platform usage in order to increase user adoption and promote awareness. In addition, this position will engage clients regularly to understand how they use the platform and provide ideas on product features and enhancements that will further increase client engagement and retention.

This position will act quickly to resolve any product or service problems for clients and ensure resolutions to any questions they may have. In addition, the Client Onboarding Specialist will assist in the development and implementation of sales, by providing training and product suggestions, and servicing programs.

Qualifications

  • Requires an AA degree and/or one to two years of successful customer service experience with some sales background.
  • Exceptional customer service and client retention skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
  • High level of focus on customer service and client retention skills required.
