We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Field Staff Recruiter to handle the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selection, and training of field staff for nationwide experiential marketing events. Previous recruiting experience is required. Excellent teamwork, communication, and follow-up skills are key components of this role. Willingness and ability to ambitiously identify and pursue candidates as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once are all vital to this role.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates for field staff positions. You will actively seek new candidates through recruiting, job postings, referrals, and networking, and write and publish job postings for nationwide field staff positions.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role will require follow up with candidates through email, video, and phone communication. Not only will you be responsible for the follow through of the recruiting process from recruitment to placement for an event and completion of forms, but you will also conduct basic training with the field staff prior to events.

This role acts as al bridge between the Account Team and the field staff and as such requires a great deal of communication with the team on progress for event staffing. You will be required to maintain the recruiting databases and develop recruiting materials and strategies for successful field staff recruitment. 

In addition to the items listed above, you will be responsible for managing, cultivating, and maintaining ongoing field staff relationships. You will also function as Point-of-Contact for field staff during live event executions, as needed, including weekend and evening assignments, and occasionally travel to field events (up to 15%) and assist with training, event execution, field staff supervision, and other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

  • Prior experiential marketing experience, experience in recruiting, staffing, or other related role are musts.
  • This is a non-managerial position at this time. You will be the primary person responsible for all field staff recruitment nationwide.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 
  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced business environment with tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to events nationwide as requested (up to 15%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and general web applications.
