Job Description

We are searching for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst who will work with large data sets, build actionable reporting, and conduct complex analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing deep-dive analysis to understand and optimize key levers of our marketing funnel and will provide key insights into individual and company performance that drive business decisions in a high-growth environment. This key role will design and implement the scalable processes that ensure best practices in demand generation and database management, leading to an improved ROI on marketing channels. 
 

Responsibilities
•    Consolidate disparate data sources to enable high level narrative of growth and improvement opportunities to assist marketing in data-driven decision making
•    Automate reporting to minimize time spent compiling and maximize time spent analyzing
•    Utilizing data from a variety of tools in our martech stack including Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics, perform ad hoc analyses to report and propose recommendations that help articulate the impact of marketing efforts on revenue growth
•    Help define, build, implement and sustain scalable processes for campaign measurement and new marketing initiatives to accurately report on marketing ROI
•    Translate business requirements and challenges to operational requirements, leveraging process, automation, and data outputs to ultimately increase MQL volume and conversion rates
•    Support GTM leadership in evaluating changes to organization or programs

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or any related field
•    At least 3 years of work experience as a marketing, business, financial, or data analyst
•    Experience with Salesforce.com and Hubspot or Marketo
•    Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
•    Excellent communication and time management skills
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel and modeling skills
