Job Description

Revel Systems is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us change the way people do business. We have created revolutionary software and paired it with the iPad to cause a massive paradigm shift in the Point-of-Sale industry. We won “Best Business App” at Macworld and “Most Innovative POS System” at the RSPA Conference. We’re kind of a big deal.

As a venture-backed and profitable company, we are quickly scaling and are looking for like-minded, energetic candidates. You will have broad and continuously changing responsibilities to help make our company a little more manageable. Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendar, and travel for busy executives

  • Remind management of important calls, meetings, trips, etc.

  • Maintain the highest level of discretion in dealing with confidential matters

  • Anticipate needs and take a proactive approach at getting stuff done

  • Arrange travel for management as needed

  • Screen calls and manage calendar for executives

  • Organize and prioritize multiple activities with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Assist with special projects as needed

A Couple Requirements:

  • Top tier verbal and nonverbal communication skills

  • Understand what it means to work at a startup where things are constantly changing

  • Degree from a top university

  • Experience with scheduling a variety of events and meetings

  • Excellent at managing tasks and making sure they are done by the deadline

  • Works well under pressure and has a desire to contribute to our growing company

  • Something that makes you special and able to shine in any situation

  • Assertive and goal oriented

  • Proven ability to perform at a Executive/ Administrative Assistant level

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of internal management, clients and employees

  • Experience working at a start-up is preferred
