Job Description

Revel Systems is looking for a Recruiter to help us change the way people do business. We have created revolutionary software and paired it with the iPad to cause a massive paradigm shift in the Point-of-Sale industry. We won “Best Business App” at Macworld and “Most Innovative POS System” at the RSPA Conference. We’re kind of a big deal.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Full cycle recruiting: source, qualify, interview, offer, negotiate, and close active and passive candidates through Linkedin, referrals, job boards, networking, internal database, social sites, etc.

  • Work with hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process

  • Conduct phone screens for all candidates to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications.

  • Extend offers and work with CEO in offer negotiations

  • Create offer packet for new hires and ensure all documentation are completed accurately



  • Top tier university BA/BS degree

  • 6+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in the technology industry

  • The ability to multi-task and manage several requisitions at one particular time

  • Past success in sourcing, qualifying and hiring top tier candidates under tight deadlines

  • Must possess a sense of urgency and provide strong consultative skills to the hiring teams

  • Strong communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize search projects.
