The Relationship Manager is responsible for making sure we continue to build and develop strong professional relationships by contacting new and existing partners in an inside sales environment. It requires a highly motivated, goal oriented individual to meet the goals as well as being a team player with people skills and presentation abilities.

• Contact new potential referral partners who have shown interest in working with Rising Point Solutions and set up a webinar over the phone.
• Strengthen relationships with referring partners.
• Contact referrals from partners to set up consultations
• Keep referral partners up to date on their clients.
• Develop and maintain a schedule using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Enter and track client data using CRM.
