Base pay: $100,000

Bonus : $50,000, Commission Based

Travel: 50%

Reports to: National Sales Manager

Location: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle

 We are looking for a creative Regional Sales/Applications Engineering professional who will work through us (our client) to support the company’s sales reps and distributors. You will handle all the technical sales, branding, marketing initiatives and product performance of the Company’s products and material delivery systems.

We will work under these Industry segments: warehouses, office buildings, schools, assembly buildings, roofing contractors, military, hospitals, airports: any design build and civil construction where high performance sustainable energy efficient materials are applied.

As a Sales Application Engineer Manager you will be responsible for, 

• Understanding the product needs of customers and work with the Technical Center for R&D and product formulations.

• Working with the customer service manager to create product forecasts, both weekly and annual, and delivery schedules.

• Attending local and national construction trade shows and association meetings as needed.

• Integrating all technical application requirements between sales representative and end customer.

We would love to hear from you if: 

• You have more than 5 years technical sales/marketing/management experience in construction materials.

• You have experience with EnergyPlus, eQuest, or other building energy modeling software.

• You have an understanding of the construction process and knowledge of job specifications and ASTM specifications as they relate to the construction divisions.

• You have good experience in Technical Specification Writing.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.

• It would be great if you hold LEED Accreditation.
