We (Our Client) are one of the leading Medical Devices firm spread across the USA. We are currently seeking a HR Systems & Reporting Manager for a role who will be responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and calibration of Human resources across multiple functions along with the related applications of the counter-parties.   

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible to :

* Provide business partnership to the HR team as well as internal partners to analyse work process design and flow, prove processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.

* Develop means of delivering informations by reports and dashboards.

* Ensure data integrity, security and testing of system changes.

* Partner with compensation and benefits to support annual processes such as Annual enrollment,merit, stock and bonus; assit with automation of these processes.

* Support M&A activities including data management alignment, interfaces and integration.

* Promote proactive approaches using HR systems to solve business needs/challenges and enhance the understanding and acceptance of HR systems capabilities.

We would love to hear from you if :

- You have more than 5 years of HRMS experience

- You have BA in business, info systems or relates OR AAS w/equiv work exp.

- You have experience in Oracle or similar HRIS

- You have HR process knowledge and systems-oriented

- You have ability to create reports out of multiple systems(HRIS, Access, Excel, etc)
