If Offered this position, You would be responsible,

  • Oversee maintenance shops and manage multiple teams of technicians, maintenance supervisors or other maintenance managers.
  • Take preventive maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles up to 91+ trucks machinery that supports approximately 3 post collection facilities.
  • Implement and monitor the maintenance policies and procedures to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance with the Company’s safety standards.
  • Maintain an on-going preventive maintenance program for all shops within geographic responsibility.
  • Perform inspections of outside repairs and maintenance to ensure all work is properly completed.

We would love to see you on-board :

  • Over 5 years of experience in managing a large fleet maintenance operation.
  • How to budget & manage P&L.
  • You come from a Process Driven, Lean Management and Six Sigma background.
  • Labor relations / union and collective bargaining experience.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple locations.
