They are market leaders for cutting edge solutions in the business areas of Personal Care, Oral Care, Shaving and Grooming, Mother & Child Care, and Coffee. 

We are looking a Senior Regional Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of 10 or more Field Sales Representatives within an assigned geography. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of rep management including hiring, on-boarding, development, performance management and replacement.

Here’s what you’ll be doing.

• You’ll coach and lead a field-based sales team.
• You’ll achieve established revenue growth expectations for sales territories within assigned region.
• You’ll execute all corporate sales strategy and tactics within assigned region.
• You’ll establish clear expectations, measuring results and holding team accountable for Performance.

You need these qualifications.

• You hold a Bachelors degree in business, science, marketing or related field.
• You’ve more than 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• You’ve more than 3 years of pharmaceutical/medical/dental sales management experience.
• You’ve experience managing expense budgets.

It would be nice if.

• You’ve Corporate or National Account sales experience.
• You’ve Medical/Dental background

Competitive Base Salary up to $120,000 + Full Benefits+ Bonus 

Overnight travel is required up to 70%
