What do you have to do?

• You are responsible for supervising the collections activities of business (commercial, residential, roll-off (industrial) in a geographically dispersed area.
• You will oversee drivers and helpers and works with the Operations Manager and General Manager to implement tactical initiatives
• You will ensure adherence to all accident prevention programs and leads operations to ensure safety, environmental, operating, regulatory, accounting, ethics and other standards. 
• You are responsible for the execution and delivery of Safety, Customer Experience, and Efficiency while supporting a culture of employee engagement.

What's in your role?

Salary                           : Up to $75,000 + $5,000 Bonus

What do we need?

• You have more than 5 years experience in Hauling Operations
• You can communicate very effectively with business leaders
• You have a Class A or B CDL license with air brakes endorsement
• You have proven logistics experience
• You are an inspiring leader
