We(Our Client) are one of the start-up firm specialized in Investment Banking, Merchant Banking. They are seeking "Investment Banking professional" who will be accountable for contributing all aspects os of capital raising.

Job Role : Vice President - Investment Banking
Job Type : Full time - Permanent
Job Location : NewYork,NY
Compensation : Compensation : $115K - $125K + Bonus(up to 100%)
Work Authorization : US Citizen/ GC Only

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Lead development of financial models valuation analyses and presentations.
* Interface directly with executive leadership of clients to complete transactions.

We would love to see you on-board if :

* You hold a Bachelor's degree.
* 3+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity
* Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish; Fluency in English
* Deal experience in M&A and / or capital raising activities
* Securities registrations Series 7, 79 or 63 or commitment to obtain
* MBA preferred
