Job Description
WHO YOU ARE
- You’re a strategic Leader with ability to operate in a heavily matrixed environment
- You’ve Epic Patient Access
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- You’ve 7-10 years of Hospital Billing Experience (EMR/EHR)
- You’ve experience leading a large team (Greater than 100)
- You’ve experience in a multi-specialty hospital.
As a Senior Director, Patient Access, you will be required to
:
- Develop policy and procedure for patient access processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate standardization of access process across the Central Ohio region including all Ambulatory site processes.
- Ensure data gathered in all areas related to PAS is accurate, meets the needs of the organization, (e.g. Referring Physician Capture), and processes in place to result in a claim being processed without error.
