We are looking for a HRIS Manager to join our client in Columbus, OH. Our client is one of the FORTUNE’s 100 Best Hospital & Healthcare company with since 1890’s.
Job Description
WHO YOU ARE
- You’ve more than 3 years of management/leadership experience
- You’ve HRIS system experience- PeopleSoft.
- You’ve more than 8 years of experience in HR Systems administration.
- You also have project management experience
- You’ve worked in a large, matrixed organization.
- You hold a Bachelors degree.
As a HRIS Manager, you will be required to
:
- Lead the dedicated HRIS team of five.
- Manage day-to-day operations in order to deliver efficient and effective service to the growing organization.
- Work closely with the HRIS team to review plans, strategies, goals, and accomplishments in alignment with the HR Strategic Plan.
- Maintain a strong team by cross-training, coaching, and team building.
