WHO WE ARE
We are looking for an Investment Banking professional to join our client in New York. Our client a global advisory firm who provide Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Industrials and Specialty Finance services.
Job Description
WHO YOU ARE
- You’ve more than 3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
- You are fluent in English, Portuguese and / or Spanish.
- You’ve deal experience in M&A or capital raising activities.
- You’ve securities registrations Series 7, 79 or 63 or commitment to obtain.
- You’ve prior industrial sector coverage experience.
As a VP, Investment Banking, you will be required to
:
- You’ll contribute to all aspects of M&A, capital raising, or advisory assignments.
- You’ll perform initial prospecting, diligence, preparation of marketing materials, meetings and negotiations focused on Fortune 500 industrials sector clients.
- You’ll lead development of marketing materials.
- You’ll interface directly with the executive leadership of clients to complete transactions.
