If yes, then below are some of your major responsibilities.

* Lead and provide management, oversight and direction for all Central Ohio Patient Access Services.
* Develop policy and procedure for patient access processes.
* Coordinate and facilitate standardization of access process across the Central Ohio region.
* Ensure Customer Service and Employee Opinion Survey results reflect organizations goals.

We would love to hear from you if :

* You have a Bachelor's Degree.
* You have over 7 years of Hospital Billing Experience (EMR/EHR).
* You have a Epic Patient Access.
* You have experience in leading a large team of more than 100 people.
