Rosenberg & Associates, LLC is a real estate law firm founded in 2002 to provide superior services for creditors in the MD, VA, and DC.  We have 100+ employees spread across our two locations in Bethesda, MD and Tyson’s Corner, VA.  We specialize in creditors rights, and our clients consist of national banks and mortgage lenders.  The areas of law in which we specialize include Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Eviction.

• Supervise staff of 3 to 8 team members
• Ensure compliance and accuracy regarding reinstatement and payoff quotes, ensure that quotes are followed up on and sent out timely from date of request.
  
• Review and approve the acceptance of each reinstatement / payoff funds received in office prior to cancelling a sale or notifying the client. 
  
• Review payment histories for irregularities when alerted by the borrower for possible mis-application of funds or rejected payments etc.
  
• Identify and explain when the payment history does not support the borrowers claim.
  
• Receive and resolve escalated borrower calls.
  
• Escalate matters to client via appropriate procedures. 
  
• Act as primary backup to The Loss Mitigation / Pre sale manager when needed.
  
  

• At least one year of legal experience and knowledge of the foreclosure process. 
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Responsible for or participates in the hiring, coaching, developing and supervising of team members, including decisions relative to performance reviews, terminations, hires, discipline, etc.
• Responsible for own team’s results (i.e. Accuracy, Quality, Team Production, etc.).
  
  

Our office hours are 9-5:30 M-F, all candidates must be able to work these hours.  

Salary will commensurate with experience.
