We have an immediate opportunity for an entry level position as a Scanning & Mail Clerk - Part - Time. We are looking for excited, energetic and competent person to join our firm.  The ideal candidate will be focused on attention to detail, dependable, and have the ability to take direction and work independently.  The weekly schedule is Monday - Friday from 2:00 pm am to 6:00 p.m.

Rosenberg & Associates, LLC is a real estate law firm founded in 2002 to provide services for creditors in the MD, VA, and DC.  We have 100+ employees spread across our 3 locations in Bethesda, MD, Tyson’s Corner, VA and Chesapeake, VA.  We specialize in creditors rights, and our clients consist of national banks and mortgage lenders providing Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO and Eviction services.

Job Description

•    Prepare files for the imaging process
•    Determines the correct settings to ensure quality of each document
•    Produce digital copies of Originals Documents as backup documentation
•    Ensures completeness of files; researches missing documents; removes non-essential material;     prepares and organizes documents to conform to quality control standards, office procedures and system processes.
•    Analyzes scanned records for clarity and accuracy.
•    Produce digital copies of Return Mail for retention purposes.

Qualifications

•    Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing
•    Strong organization skills
•    Superior attention to detail
•    Ability to identify problems, establish facts, and collect data

Office hours are 2pm - 6pm
