Overview:

NewBeauty is looking for a seasoned sales representative to drive and close business independently, ensuring that revenue goals are met. The ideal candidate will sell integrated advertising and marketing programs to board-certified plastic, facial plastic and oculoplastic surgeons, as well as dermatologists and dentists in their surrounding regions. This Regional Sales Manager position covers territory in Westchester county, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business and continually develop sales funnel
  • Nurture and independently close business to meet revenue targets
  • Meet and exceed all sales quotas
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with clients in the region through calls, drop-offs, networking events and trade shows
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute sales and marketing campaigns
  • Represent the NewBeauty brand as the beauty authority in your region


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Prior sales and trade-show experience required
  • Strong negotiation and sales strategy skills are a must
  • Experience/knowledge of the cosmeceutical industry and/or established relationships with plastic surgeons or dermatologists is a significant plus

  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Keen ability to communicate, both written and verbal
  • Passion for the cosmeceutical industry
  • Must have own car to travel to sales appointments
