Job Description

If you are a confident and highly motivated individual looking for a great sales opportunity offering lots of growth potential, join our sales team at SGA Talent. We are seeking energetic and entrepreneurial Outsides Sales Representaives to market our full suite of human resources services to businesses across the country.

As an sales professional you will identify customer needs that best meet their business needs. You will also conduct periodic customer service and quality assurance visits with new and current clients to maintain strong working relationships and grow your book of business.


Additional responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include:


    • Explaining SGA Talent's full suite of services, while listening to the needs of potential and current clients. 
    • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with current client base
    • Collaborating with your Sales Director to prepare and present competitive sales proposals
    • Working closely with SGA Talent team and colleagues in sales, research, and recruiting to assist you with meeting and exceeding your sales goals.






As sales consultant you must possess exceptional communication, listening and presentation skills as well as a positive attitude. You must be driven to succeed and be able to work independently to build your book of business be diligent, charismatic, innovative and customer-service oriented. As a representative of SGA Talent  you must project a professional appearance and demeanor to inspire confidence in your customers.

Additional requirements include:

    • BS or BA is required with a minimum of 1 year sales experience

    • Ability to pass a background check

    • Basic computer literacy

  • Experience with sales, business development, managing customer relations.
