Job Description
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and a smile
- Manage phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Organize schedules and assist in coordinating meetings
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- Support HR with basic administrative duties when needed
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a bonus
