Job Description

Key Skills:
AEM Assets, Mediabeacon, Asset Migration, Data Mapping, Project Management Skills

Core Skills:
BA/PM with specific experience on Digital asset management and even more specifically AEM Assets and Mediabeacon experience. Location can be potentially remote but the need will be fairly immediate.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for asset migration projects.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing asset management systems and processes.
Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for asset migration initiatives.
Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of asset migration tasks.
Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of asset transfers.
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain data integrity throughout the migration process.
Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset migration activities.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and analysis to optimize processes and workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on asset migration projects.
Strong understanding of digital asset management systems, particularly AEM assets and Mediabeacon.
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis, mapping, and migration strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
