Position is for full-time days Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Monthly on-call rotation one week per month.

Duties include performing mechanical repairs, lock and patient ceiling lift motor repairs, maintaining an repairing beds, and general construction - repairing walls, including patching. Maintains and repairs air handler shafts, bearings, sheaves, belts, and pulleys. Maintains and repairs cooling tower motors, shafts, bearings, belts, and pulleys. Maintains and repairs patient ceiling life motors. Repair and installation of mortise locks. Door touch pads, trouble shooting and repairs. Maintains and repairs circuit board, switch and control diagnosis and repairs.

Education: Vocational training in related field.

Experience: Minimum three years related experience in a commercial building environment

Low class steam boilers license preferred Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry skills Ability to work with limited supervision and exercise judgment Ability to learn quickly and handle a variety of related or unrelated jobs Ability to perform manual labor
