Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, self driven individual for light building maintenance and warehouse work.   

Essential Functions:

   Maintenance:

  • Perform daily facility maintenance for the building and grounds. This includes carpet and hard floor repair and maintenance, painting, furniture/equipment moving, building equipment repair and outside activities as required.
  • Clean and restock supplies daily for all restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms and common areas, both internal and external to the building. 
  • Clean warehouse floors
  • Maintain building fixtures.
  • Inspect and verify the facility’s emergency safety equipment 
  • Maintain landscaping
  • Manual snow removal and salt distribution

   Warehouse:

  • Pick and pull orders based off pick to light system
  • Break down promotions for restocking
  • Weigh and sort product based off customer request

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Distribution Director.



Qualifications

REQUIRED:

    • Prior experience in building maintenance.
    • Prior experience working with power tools
    • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
    • Ability to interpret blue prints.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Responsibility of Equipment or Process
    • Self motivated team player that works well without supervision
