At Samaritan Bethany, this RN ensures the mission, vision and values of the organization are supported through the clinical services provided to the residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. The RN coordinates resident cares in conjunction with the Neighborhood Coordinator and other staff. This role is also responsible for:

• providing supervisory management of staff and resident cares
• ensuring the resident cares are completed with regulatory compliance
• nurturing a person-centered and resident-directed culture
• promoting individual and team learning. 

This position work 8 shifts (64 hours) in a 2-week pay period.  Hours are typically 8am-4:30pm and includes working every other weekend.  This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

Requires a current RN license from the MN Board of Nursing. Previous experience in Assisted Living is preferred.
