Job Description: Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist – India & MEA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for India & MEA with a strong focus on performance marketing to drive measurable sales growth and ROI.

  • Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for efficient, scalable, and creative content creation across social media, ads, and digital platforms.

  • Plan and manage high-impact paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and region-specific channels.

  • Leverage social commerce capabilities to enhance online shopping experiences and directly increase conversion rates through Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, and other platforms.

  • Apply AI-powered analytics and automation to optimize targeting, bidding, and budget allocation for maximum campaign effectiveness.

  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and sales data to refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and meet sales KPIs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with channel, product, and sales teams to produce data-driven, AI-enhanced ad creatives and messaging.

  • Lead A/B testing and multivariate experiments for content, offers, and targeting, using AI tools to identify top-performing variants.

  • Build partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and agencies to expand reach and drive revenue.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and performance marketing, preferably within India & METIA markets.

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) and applying AI in campaign optimization.

  • Experience with social commerce platforms and tools like Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, and e-commerce integrations.

  • Proficient in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other BI platforms.

  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and improve sales outcomes.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and marketing automation platforms.
