Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to be part of our London team.  Knowledge and expertise in the customer experience or customer loyalty domain is required. The individual needs to be an effective self-starter who can hit the ground running and has a passion for understanding the relationship between attitudinal and behavioral data.

The Research Analyst is responsible for identifying, selling and delivering consulting services to our clients and prospects.   The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of statistical analytical techniques typically employed to look for relationships in survey response data, including correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, factor analysis, CHAID analysis and tree-based algorithms. This individual will be extremely well organized, detail-oriented, quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and define scope
  • Ownership of analysis projects, delivering customer projects on time and on budget
  • Using statistical techniques to understand loyalty drivers across diverse markets and business models
  • Draw insight from quantitative findings and create customer-ready, visual results summaries
  • Work collaboratively with other analysts and business consultants
  • Manage ongoing projects to create innovative analysis techniques and visualizations
  • Make our customers successful!

 Qualifications:

  • Strong creativity, innovative skills to package service offerings to meet customer needs
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with customers and co-workers
  • Experience working with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, STATA, or R Language
  • Experience working with databases such as SQL or Oracle
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working with pivot tables and/or OLAP cubes
  • Experience working with Tableau is a plus
  • VBA skills preferred
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with attitudinal data from a data-mining, CRM or market research perspective
  • Demonstrable experience in developing high-quality, well-structured, and user-friendly PowerPoint and Excel client deliverables
  • BA/BS degree in analytically-focused field (i.e., Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences)
