Job Description

We are seeking energetic and motivated professionals to join our growing Marketing team. The Senior Manager, MarComm has primary responsibility for creating the company’s corporate messaging and for ensuring consistency of messaging, voice and brand across all marketing communications to external and internal audiences.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure. S/He will institute and adhere to best practices, be a strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and ongoing refinement of corporate messaging and buyer personas
  • Creator and owner of messaging calendar
  • Owner of social media channels
  • Stewardship of corporate messaging, voice, and brand across all external and internal marketing communications
  • Creation and propagation of strategic narratives and themes though thought-leadership programming, executive speaking programs, media, analysts – aligned and collaboratively with the PR team
  • Management of messaging and branding on corporate website
  • Planning and execution of corporate advertising/brand awareness campaigns
  • Creation of corporate collateral, presentations, and assets in collaboration with internal partners, including customer marketing and product marketing teams
  • Liaison to global marketing counterparts, ensuring open communication channels and creation of processes and timelines that take regional needs into account

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer-oriented attitude
  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with …
  • Skilled at strategic thinking and planning
  • Advanced writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture
  • Previous experience with a SaaS start-up preferred
  • Strong collaboration acumen and ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of Customer Experience and NPS is a plus

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing or corporate communications at a technology company
  • Experience creating compelling messages for different target demographics, across multiple channels
  • Experience marketing SaaS solutions a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business or Marketing
  • MBA a plus
