Job Description

We are seeking energetic and motivated professionals to join our growing Human Resources team. Our HR Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative and recruiting HR support under the supervision of senior members of the HR Team.

The ideal candidate will have the highest caliber organizational and customer service skills. S/He is a creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work well under pressure. S/He will institute and adhere to best practices, be a strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.  

Responsibilities:

  • Support in-house and outside recruiters throughout the recruitment process to create a seamless and positive experience for candidates
  • Will be asked to create job postings, schedule interviews on a global scale, update candidate status within applicant tracking system, and conduct timely follow-up with hiring managers.
  • Develop knowledge of company policies & procedures to effectively communicate guidelines when responding to daily employee inquiries 
  • Build strong working relationship with HR members on a global scale 
  • Maintains high level of professionalism
  • Make our customers successful!

Qualifications

  • Operates with sense of urgency and comfortable working to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Excellent technical skills, including HRIS systems, MicroSoft tools, Mac/PC
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be thorough and have excellent attention to detail
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with wide variety of employees
  • Able to handle large volume of sensitive information without compromising employee or company confidentiality
  • Able to always maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture
  • Strong collaboration acumen and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Previous experience with SaaS start-up preferred

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years Recruiting Coordinator and HR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • MBA preferred
