Job Description

  • Full lifecycle recruiting (source to close)
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans, hiring strategies and recruiting processes
  • Work with hiring managers to create job specifications, source for candidates, schedule interviews, update applicant tracking system, and conduct reference checks
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience for every prospective hire
  • Build out the recruiting function as we continue to grow
  • Build strong working relationship with HR members on a global scale
  • Make our customers successful!

Qualifications

  • Excellent technical skills, including MicroSoft Office, ATS and HRIS systems, Mac/PC
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be thorough and have excellent attention to detail
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Able to handle large volume of sensitive information without compromising employee or company confidentiality
  • Able to always maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Able to own and drive projects from planning through execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture
  • Previous experience with SaaS start-up preferred
  • Strong collaboration acumen and ability to multi-task

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of lifecycle recruiting experience in a scaling startup environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS degree in related field
  • MBA a plus
