Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is responsible for user and customer acquisition for our software, data, and expertise products. These products include: mid-market software, enterprise software, online academy subscriptions, online benchmark reports, and annual Net Promoter Conference events. The successful candidate will have solid business judgment, be a strategic thinker, possess strong creative & analytical skills, and have experience in managing and creating demand for similar products.  


Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns 

• Collaborate with the content marketing team to create and source content as needed to support website and SEO objectives

• Own budget allocation to hit top and bottom-line growth targets

• Increase web site traffic and engagement

• Manage all paid acquisition channels with including SEM

• Lead multi-channel attribution modeling

• Collaborate with Director of Sales and Marketing Operations on reporting and analytical insights and forecasting

• Manage an ongoing testing program for web and campaign optimization

• Manage relationships with traffic partners and tools

• Establish quarterly lead generation targets with the sales team

• Increase marketing and sales qualified leads 

• Track performance across marketing channels to maximize our marketing ROI

• Optimize website and landing pages for better engagement and conversion

• Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • 4+ years’ experience in data-driven Marketing
  • Demonstrated analytical approach, 
  • Understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, 
  • Creative thinker, resourceful, leader, high impact.
  • Experience with Hubspot and SFDC
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
