As a User Experience Designer, you will be executing designs for marketing and product offerings. This includes three of our products: Satmetrix.com, Netpromoter.com and our software Satmetrix NPX.

Responsibilities:

• Wire-framing, prototyping, visual design, graphic design, research, testing.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team across geographies
• Report to the Senior UX Manager

Bachelors or masters in Design or HCI or similar

• 3-5 years experience
• Portfolio demonstrating excellent visual designs and the ability to solve challenging user experiences with simple, elegant solutions.
• Solid design skills in screen layouts, information architecture, typography and an eye for detail
• Wizard skills in Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Sketch or similar design software for design and wirefaming. Ability to prototype is a major plus.
• Strong knowledge of best design trends, practices and principles
• Good understanding of current web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Position does not require coding and development.

Requirements:

• Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team and be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions effectively.
• Intellectually curious, active listener enjoys brainstorming, coming up with multiple concepts and clearly articulating the tradeoffs for each concept.
• Excellent delivery and execution skills must deliver prototypes and final mock-ups in a timely manner and resolve dependencies and conflicts.
