Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated professional to join our growing Human Resources team and spearhead our recruiting efforts in India Office. S/He is passionate about people and culture and “team,” with a skill for troubleshooting and a creative flair. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills; possess strong written and verbal communication skills; be extremely well-organized and analytical; and, be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating the recruiting and selection process across India Offices. This would include sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for suitability (Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, Communication skills etc.)
  • Shortlist and evaluate candidates initially on their skills, attitude and interest towards our organization.
  • Successfully match candidates with the needs of the hiring team.
  • Manage application workflow by conducting initial phone screen, presenting candidates to hiring managers, scheduling additional interviews, and conducting follow up with both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Implement successful, cost-effective and creative sourcing strategies in a competitive job market, including transitioning the passive candidate into an active candidate.
  • A thirst for continuous learning, a passion for recruiting, and for discovering and exploiting new candidate channels,
  • Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. 

Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in IT Recruitments
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to hunt, negotiate and close candidates
  • Creative thinker, resourceful, high impact.
  • Previous experience with SaaS start-up preferred. 
  • Strong collaboration acumen and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Inter-personal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
