We are seeking highly-motivated, experienced professionals to join our growing product team. Specifically, we are looking for a talented UI Architect with a passion for being on the cutting edge of web development with the skills to support legacy products/code when required. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, always learning and willing to expand his/her horizons.

• As part of our product team, s/he has a passion for building intuitive user-interfaces. The technologies our ideal candidate is proficient in include JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3. Experience with in JQuery and Backbone is a must. Experience in Bootstrap will be a plus.
• The ideal candidate will be extremely proficient and proven in the design and implementation of modern web application architectures.
• S/He will be strong in all aspects of the presentation layer and the technologies associated with it, along with some battle-proven experience in SaaS web application environment.  
• Working in a dynamic environment, s/he will collaborate daily with product managers, peer software engineers & architects, UX designers, server-side engineers, technical writers, and QA engineers.
• S/He is a creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. S/He will institute and adhere to best practices, be a strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to other members of the engineering organization.
• Maintains a strong professional services orientation and finds challenges in solving business problems which ensure customer success and promote reference ability for Satmetrix
• Demonstrates strong task orientation and assumes complete ownership for assigned projects in ensuring successful adoption of the solution by customers

• B Tech / MCA with 10 - 15 years relevant experience in solution architecture, design and implementation of enterprise solutions
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience working on web technology set. This includes HTML, CSS, DHTML, XHTML, AJAX, DO, Native JavaScript, JavaScript libraries like JQuery, Prototype.js, Ext.js, DOJO
• Experience in Java, J2EE, Web Services, Servlets and design patterns
• Has a good understanding and appreciation of the challenges faced by business organizations in driving and retaining customer loyalty in today’s highly competitive business environment
• Self-motivated and excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery
• Familiarity with Bootstrap is a plus
• Must be adaptable to agile methodology work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must demonstrate positive attitude and flexibility towards tasks on hand.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Expert in design production with an impeccable attention to detail
• SaaS/Cloud Application Experience (design and operational)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture
• Understanding of Customer Experience and NPS is a plus
