Company Description

Our client is an Asian based technology company. They are currently looking for a high calibre HR Business Partner to join their Berlin team on an interim basis

Job Description

1. Reporting directly to the Head of HR; you will lead a team of HR business partners supporting different business functions from front to back office.
2. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will engage with business leads in designing and executing high quality talent strategy programs.
3. Since the growth of the business is aggressive, you will be involved with other HR assignments which involve succession planning, talent retention, talent management, organizational development, senior talent acquisition, employee relations and cultural change projects.
4. You will also work closely with the Head of HR in revamping regional and global HR projects.

Qualifications

1. Degree qualified, at least 10 years of experience in the Human Resources Field within the technology sector
2. Fast-paced and detailed minded, able to recommend and implement new ideas
3. Strong regional exposure and employee relations experience
4. Team player; with capability to provide HR solutions to the management team
5. Strong communication skills, fluent in English and German.
