Job Description

Mid Market Sales Account Executive to be based in the EMEA HQ in London and responsible for presenting and selling the ServiceMax Suite to our Mid Market prospects and customers across the Italian territory (up to 2,000 employees).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Ownership, development and management of Italian and Southern Europe territory sales plan
  • Work with the EMEA SDR and marketing team to create demand in the territory
  • Work closing with partners such as Salesforce.com and our regional implementation partners to present and sell joint proposals where appropriate
  • Respond to in-bound leads and prospects
  • Understand customer needs and establish ServiceMax as the best solution to address those needs using a Value Selling approach
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
  • Manage complex sales cycles and presentations to C-level executives demonstrating the value of ServiceMax
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce.com
  • Create satisfied and reference able customers
  • Be able to demonstrate ServiceMax solutions via the web and at on site meetings

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of sales experience in complex business to business software solutions
  • Cloud/SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Experience of Value-Based Selling methodology would be useful
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, growing, team environment
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles (3-9 months)
  • Demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com 
  • Proven track record of meeting and over-achieving quota in a dynamic sales environment
  • University degree
  • Italian native speaker preferred
