Job Description
Duties: Utilize knowledge and experience with Python, Java, database design and programming, web programming, analytics and reporting, architecting for scalability and high performance, security technology, and user-interface design and development to participate in all phases of development including architecture and design, implementation and testing, analysis and documentation, and deployment and support. Assist in development of product search infrastructure. Prepare additions and infrastructure improvements to a sophisticated text extraction system. Develop scalable data extraction and reporting for a growing database of detailed online purchase histories especially the architectural design and testing for scalability. Improve the feature and performance improvements for our product search infrastructure which includes feeds from a large and growing collection of partners. (Multiple openings.)
Qualifications
Requirements: Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Two (2) years of post-bachelor’s experience in a software development position.
