Our client is seeking candidates for the contract role of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Developer / Consultant. This professional will develop and extend our ongoing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. This professional will work with clients on-site to analyze, research, document, communicate, design, configure the CRM solution that provides improvements to the client’s business processes and information.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Performing independent analyses of client business processes, software systems, and database structures, and design and configure complex software solutions based on client requirements.
  • Provide advanced expertise in Microsoft CRM Dynamics technologies for designing application functionality, data structure, integration with other data sources and destinations, user interface functionality, workflow, data migrations strategies
  • Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for data access and usability in accordance with business objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high data quality in conjunction with users, managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work with regional stakeholder groups to facilitate needs assessment meetings, clarify and define strategy, objectives, define application requirements, develop system project deliverables and implement them into an organized project.
  • Capable of conversing with non-technical groups about business requirements. Strong business acumen is a must with a focus on financial and sales cycle processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ yrs of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing & supporting business processes in Financial / ecommerce, sales, marketing, & customer service functions.
  • Experience in developing Microsoft CRM modules, prototyping, web resources, plug-ins, user interfaces, workflows, client extensions, BI dashboards and reports.
  • Experience installing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011 systems.
  • Experience with development applications / environments utilizing GUI and Web tools such as HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, ASP.NET , Classic ASP programming style, SQL Reporting Services, SSIS, XML, Silverlight
  • Recent Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 – Development / Support / Customizations
  • Recent Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 – CRM Development Toolkit / Plug-In Customization / Entity Customization / Form Customizations / Workflow Management
  • C# / ASP.NET 3.5 Applications – Development / Support
  • JavaScript – Hands on experience creating UI elements using JavaScript
  • Test Plans – Ability to create test plans/cases for development and testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar technical background, preferably with CRM knowledge.
