Showpad is a mobile sales enablement platform that delivers contextual content to sales teams on any device. We help sales and marketing organizations work better together by delivering powerful reporting on content usage and sales productivity. Sales can focus on selling while marketing can optimize the content that aligns to revenue goals. With more that 450 global customers, Showpad has the mobile first platform your sales team needs to sell anytime and anywhere.

We are looking for a quality assurance engineer to join our development team in our office in Gent. Your focus should be to guarantee the quality of our Showpad product and make sure our customers keep on experiencing stable and user-friendly software.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and executing software tests
• Set up automatic testing and get as much coverage as possible
• Review user stories/technical specifications to create test plans
• Manage and write test documentation
• Improve test methodology and tools
• Contribute to the release process
• Manage a remote test team

Requirements:

• Passion for mobile
• Experienced in testing web and mobile applications
• Experienced in automation test tools such as Selenium
• Experienced in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• You are a real problem solver and a team player
• You are quality minded with an attention to detail
• You work independent and are a good communicator
• You have a strong interest and willingness to adapt to and learn about new technologies

Desired:

• Bachelor or Master degree in informatics or Computer Science
• Knowledge of software testing theory, application and tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of scripting is an asset
• Experience with Active Directory, DAM, iOS, Android
