Job Description

As a Channels & Alliances Director you will identify, recruit, and nurture Channel Partnerships in Europe, Middle East and Africa with the goal of successfully establishing new regional partner relationships and influencing and securing new direct, referral, and partner revenues for Showpad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, business, and operations, with an emphasis on program design, program management and business processes. You will work closely with our sales, marketing and customer success teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement and manage referral and reseller programs in EMEA

  • Build a strategic plan for initiating new conversations, sell the partners on the value of a mutually beneficial business relationship with Showpad, define the structure, go- to- market strategy and terms for the partner agreements, and secure partnership contracts

  • Develop the right set of processes, management reports and metrics to create transparency and influence pro-active decision making

  • Ensure the best partner experience for our program with a focus on simplicity, ease of doing business and innovation

  • Participate in channel events and being able to land our partner story

  • Create visibility and establish customer and partner satisfaction

  • Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management and executives

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience building and managing regional partners for enterprise software companies

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities

  • Possess consultative selling skills for SaaS based solutions

  • High degree of independence and highly organized

  • Works well in a dynamic, fast paced environment

  • Willing to travel

  • Languages: English (Dutch, French and/or German are a plus)
