As a Showpad Professional Services Consultant, you will have the responsibility of helping out a wide range of customers worldwide, from SME’s to large multinationals. Identifying the problem, narrowing down the possible causes, and resolving product issues, pursuing “inbox zero”. You will also be the one who will assist our customers in making their Showpad project a success from the start via consultancy and training.

Showpad is a fast growing company and there is lot of opportunity to work with a broad range of modern technologies and nice people. You will work closely with the development team on providing fixes, and represent customers during product meetings, echoing their feedback.There will also be opportunties to work on development or documentation projects if desired.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years’ relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• You feel comfortable communicating with customers
• You’re driven by customer satisfaction
• Technical background, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of the workings of the internet, networks and web applications
• Keen interest in mobile applications
• Excellent phone/email manner
• Good analytics skills

Nice Extras:

• Knowledge of front-end web application development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Experience with a variety of media assets and file formats (preferably in a support setting)
• Experience with SaaS project implementation
