Job Description

As the Head of UK Sales you will manage all aspects of UK sales for Showpad. You will drive business by managing existing enterprise & corporate accounts and ensuring the acquisition of new customers. You will build and manage a team and report to the VP of Sales EMEA. You will work closely with our product, marketing and customer success teams.

  • Accountable for overall revenue in UK & Ireland

  • Close SMB and enterprise sales deals, supported by Inside Sales, Sales Development and Customer Success

  • Work closely with VP Sales EMEA to achieve quota

  • Create UK-wide awareness and establish customer satisfaction supported by marketing

  • Initiate hiring of account executives and sales development reps

  • Create and maintain accurate forecast reporting in SFDC and be ready and prepared to present at board level at any given time.

  • Participate in events and networking opportunities

  • Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management and executives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of over-achievement within the Software or SaaS space as an individual contributor

  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams

  • Start-up mentality and motivated to work your way up, passionate to make this region a huge success.

  • Direct & Indirect sales experience.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities

  • High degree of independence and highly organized

  • Works well in a dynamic, fast paced environment

  • Willing to travel within UK & Ireland

  • Languages: English
