Job Description
As the Head of UK Sales you will manage all aspects of UK sales for Showpad. You will drive business by managing existing enterprise & corporate accounts and ensuring the acquisition of new customers. You will build and manage a team and report to the VP of Sales EMEA. You will work closely with our product, marketing and customer success teams.
Accountable for overall revenue in UK & Ireland
Close SMB and enterprise sales deals, supported by Inside Sales, Sales Development and Customer Success
Work closely with VP Sales EMEA to achieve quota
Create UK-wide awareness and establish customer satisfaction supported by marketing
Initiate hiring of account executives and sales development reps
Create and maintain accurate forecast reporting in SFDC and be ready and prepared to present at board level at any given time.
Participate in events and networking opportunities
- Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management and executives
Qualifications
5+ years of over-achievement within the Software or SaaS space as an individual contributor
3+ years of experience managing sales teams
Start-up mentality and motivated to work your way up, passionate to make this region a huge success.
Direct & Indirect sales experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities
High degree of independence and highly organized
Works well in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Willing to travel within UK & Ireland
