As a Cloud / Information Security Manager at Showpad, your focus is on reducing risk and hardening products and infrastructure. We are looking for a pragmatic team member to support the effectiveness of the cloud security program. You have solid information technology and information security program experience and will be able to partner with stakeholders to implement process and program improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Showpad information security program. Implement and improve procedures and processes to optimize the information security program effectiveness and become ISO27001 compliant / CSA STAR certified.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Help achieve desired information security maturity by identifying relevant security best practices and partnering across the organization to implement improvement projects.
• Create reporting transparency into the milestones (maturity model), risks, issues, dependencies, and status of all security initiatives.
• Establish relevant metrics to communicate status, demonstrate progress and build awareness of the security program performance.
• Assist with awareness and enforcement of information security policies, procedures and standards.
• Lead and track initiatives for security awareness training for broader employee audience and specialized role based security training.
• Assist with information security risk assessments.
• Plan and publish security related content and deliver program communications to different audiences.
• Assess the security of vendor products and services.

REQUIRED:

• +4 years professional experience in information security and privacy
• The expertise to understand Showpad's technical and business environment
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, and sound decision-making ability
• Experience with security auditing, risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident management
• Familiarity with coordinating teams for security testing, scanning, monitoring, disaster recovery and business continuity
• Experience with security tools and access control projects
• Knowledge of and experience applying security and control frameworks such as NIST, CSA's CCM and ISO27001
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
• Development and/or sysadmin skills, and understanding of cyber-security principles

DESIRED:

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA certified
