As Employee Success Manager, you coordinate and implement people related activities for our San Francisco office, in line with the local needs and the global Employee Success strategy. 

• You drive employer branding initiatives and ensure we attract the right talent

• You coordinate the selection process and train hiring managers on interview techniques

• You coordinate new employee orientation

• You are responsible for payroll, in collaboration with an external payroll provider

• You analyse internal and external salary and benefits information and advise management on competitive compensation

• You advise local management on people related matters

• 5-6 years relevant Employee Success experience in a fast-paced environment (including payroll and social legislation)

• Proactive, "roll up your sleeves" work ethic

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

• Great team player who is excited about working in a small, agile team

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
